Booking & Deposit
Package inclusions and payment terms depend on the confirmed itinerary and quotation. All accommodation, transport, meals, entrance fees and airport transfers will be clearly stated before booking. Any deposit and balance payment schedule is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Cancellation
- 30+ days before arrival: deposit refundable minus bank fees
- 15–29 days: deposit forfeited
- 0–14 days: 50% of total tour cost
What's Included & Excluded
Inclusions and exclusions are detailed in your personalized itinerary. Travel insurance is the traveler's responsibility and strongly recommended.
Liability
SW Ceylon Tours acts as the booking agent for hotels, safari operators and other suppliers and is not liable for events outside our reasonable control (weather, government closures, force majeure).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
