Questions Travellers Ask
Is this tour private or shared with other travellers?+
Every tour we run is private. You travel only with your own party, in your own air-conditioned vehicle, with your own English-speaking chauffeur-guide. There are no shared coaches and no fixed departure dates.
Can the itinerary be changed?+
Yes. The day-by-day plan is a starting point. Nights can be added or removed, hotels changed to a different category, and sights swapped for others nearby. Tell us what you would like and we will send a revised plan before you confirm.
How do I get a price?+
Prices depend on your travel dates, group size, vehicle and hotel category, so we quote each trip individually rather than publishing a fixed figure. Send us your dates on WhatsApp or through the quote form — we usually respond quickly on WhatsApp and aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Do you handle airport pickup?+
Yes. Airport pickup and drop-off at Bandaranaike International Airport are included, including late-night and early-morning arrivals. Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board.
How much driving is involved each day?+
We plan most legs at two to four hours, with the longest transfers placed on days that end in a two-night stay. Sri Lanka's roads are slower than the map suggests, so we would rather cut a stop than build six-hour drives.
Can we add the east coast or Jaffna?+
Yes, and ten days is about the shortest trip where that makes sense. The east coast works best roughly May to September, which is the opposite window to the south.
